Fred Dibnah Statue
In a continuing effort to raise the cash for the launch of the Heritage Centre the current owners of Fred’s former house are selling some of the surplus bits and bobs from they found from around Fred’s place as well as specially designed games, clocks, DVDs and statues.
Note: they are not selling everything, just screws, rivets, etc that are not needed for the main displays.
The new owners assure us that each item will comes with a certificate of authentication.
Here are some examples of what’s available.
Statue (pictured above)
“This is the only official authentic exact copy of the original statue of Fred that stands proud in the centre of Bolton, we have commissioned the original artist “Jane Robbins” the create this mini statue. Price – £64.98 inc PnP.
The statue stands 9” tall and is made from Bronze resin, so it is extremely strong, quite heavy and has the appearance of solid bronze. The statue is mounted on a superb plinth of hardwood with Freds details engraved into it.
This is a special edition and will be followed by a series of Fred in other typical actions, so hurry and make sure you get the first one so you can collect the full series, this will be a very collectible item and with the full set you will have an investment that must only increase in value as time goes by. These statues are only available from the Fred Dibnah Heritage Centre, so order yours now.
Every statue comes with a number and a certificate of authenticity.”

Restoration DVD Part 1:
“This is a recording of the beginning of the restoration work on freds place. It shows me (Leon) cleaning off the mildew from one of the outside machines, the steam driven band saw, it shows how the swan mill chimney top in the middle of the garden was sinking into the ground, so we removed the chimney top coping stones and it shows us having a load of concrete poured into the ground to make a level base so that we can then build a brick inner wall to support the original chimney top coping stones and then we are going to fill the inside of the chimney top with coal so that the effect is as if you were looking down a chimney. You can see later footage of the almost finished project on our website.
The dvd then goes on to show us preparing the long drive down from the entrance for safety fencing as there is a very steep drop down to the valley below at the edge of the drive, and we dont want any visitors taking the quick way down. The DVD lasts for approx 45 mins. and stars myself and my faithful helper Phil Humphries ( otherwise known as tonto )”
