Snow delays House Planning decision

Word just in regarding the latest Bolton Council Planning Committee Meeting to address the outstanding concerns regarding the proposed Heritage Centre at Fred’s former house:

aaarrrggghh planning meeting has been put back to the 14th Jan due to the extreme weather, wish us luck, cheers everybody hope you are not all too snowed in. Leon Powsney.
